AQUI PROMENADE
Description
Aqui promenade is a high rise residential development in the Docklands, Melbourne. With over 400 apartments over two towers (18 and 23 stories), supported over a 5 level podium with over 44,000 squared meters of post-tensioned slabs.
Nsient was engaged by the post-tensioning slab contractor to design all the suspended slabs on the project in order to reduce construction costs and provide a direct saving to the builder.

THE ANDALUSIAN
Description
The Andalusian is an apartment building in Balwyn. It consists of a large footprint with a double level basement and 7 storeys above ground. Every suspended slab is post-tensioned.
Nsient was engaged by the post-tensioned slab contractor to re-design all of the post-tensioned slabs which the main structural consultant had designed. Nsient identified several areas where significant savings could be achieved and were able to reduced the quantity of post-tensioning and conventional reinforcement substantially. Most notably reducing the amount of reinforcement in the main transfer slab by around 50%.

BUNNINGS WAREHOUSE, BALGOWLAH NSW
Description
Bunnings Warehouse Balgowlah is a multi-level bulky goods building consisting of a two level basement car park and two suspended warehouse floors.
The building's footprint is over 6,000 meters square requiring over 80 ton of post-tensioning reinforcement. Nsient was engaged by the post-tensioned slab contractor to design all of the suspended post-tensioned slabs.

BAPTCARE BROOKVIEW WESTMEADOWS
Description
Baptcare Brookview Westmeadows is a multilevel aged care facility with 90 private rooms over two levels of suspended concrete floors. The building consists of two major wings connected with suspended concrete walkways. All of the suspended slabs are post-tensioned slabs supported on reinforced concrete columns and walls. The façade of the structure is brick which is supported by the post-tensioned slabs.
Nsient was engaged by the post-tensioned slab contractor to design all of the suspended slabs on the project in order to reduce construction costs and provide a direct saving to the builder.
