BENDIGO TENNIS CENTRE, BENDIGO

Client: Greater Bendigo City Council
The City of Greater Bendigo worked in conjunction with Tennis Australia, Tennis Victoria and Bendigo Tennis Association to develop a precinct which can cater for the 170 local teams that battle it out in every summer in various competition formats, larger tournaments and events as well as the continued local participation in tennis. In addition to a new clubhouse, a 401 seat grandstand was required to provide comfortable shaded seating to spectators.
Nsient was engaged to provide full design and documentation of all structural elements.

PAKENHAM GOLF CLUB & ENVIRONMENTAL CENTRE

Client: Cardinia Shire Council
Architect: Perkins Architects
Located in the urban growth corridor and forming part of the Cardina Shire Council Deep Creek master plan, the Pakenham Golf Club & Environmental Centre includes members lounge, amenities, function room, Pro shop, administration area, Meeting rooms, Commercial Kitchen, Bar, Café/coffee shop and training space.
The building was required to be a 5 Star Green Star Certified Design and Constructed building.

The multi-purpose community hub is located in the town centre of Emerald and has been redeveloped in line with the current and future needs of the wider community providing improved facilities for the existing tenants.
