The Hendy Street Child and Family Centre includes facilities for Maternal & Child Health, consulting spaces, 66 place Preschool, 33 place Multi-Purpose/Community/Playgroup Room, Shared Play Ground and Verandah Areas and staff amenities including planning, administration, and staff rooms. The building was required to be a 5 Star Green Star Certified Design and Constructed building.

In order to accommodate for the demand for school places in the high growth area of Drouin, Drouin Secondary College required additional facilities to allow for an increase of enrolments by an additional 376 places (40% increase).
A new 7 space learning centre with a central communal breakout area extension, new separate canteen with canopy along various with internal modifications and modernisation works were provided.

The works at Quarry Hill Primary School included modifications to the existing building and an extension comprising of a new library building and new administration building for staff, a much needed addition to the existing primary school.
