Located next door to the existing brewery bar, restaurant and accommodation building and interconnected by an open glass walk bridge the new double storey brewhouse and visitor centre includes a new 50 hectolitre Rolec kit from Germany, making it one of the most hi-tech breweries in the country, to help with production for the increasing demand for craft brew in Australia. Nsient was engaged to provide full design and documentation of all structural elements.
This heritage listed building has had many uses over its life time and is now destined for another. The interior has been stripped back to the primary framing and a new structure has been added to accommodate for lifts, stairs and an additional floor level.
Nsient was engaged to design and document all structural elements, including strengthening of the existing structure, new structural elements and temporary works to ensure the heritage listed facade is not impacted
Warehouse/Showroom/Office development consisting of 2 Warehouses including a two storey Showroom/Office to the front of the Warehouses each with a total floor area of approximately 2400m2. Nsient provided full design and documentation of all structural elements for the buildings including slabs & footings, pre-cast panels, steel framed floor for first floor showroom and roof framing.

Two side by side warehouses each consisting of 150m2 ground floor warehouse area, 40m2 foyer with amenities and 69m2 first floor office space. Feature first floor office architectural window awnings. Nsient was engaged to provide full design and documentation of all structural elements.
