Description

A major refurbishment upgrade including an additional 49 beds to this existing facility located in the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges, this lovely residence sits amid natural bushland, creating a beautiful living environment inside and out for both residents and families to enjoy. Nsient was engaged to design and document all structural elements including detailed design of the suspended post-tensioned slab.

HALL STREET MEDICAL CENTRE, SPOTSWOOD
Description
Project Budget: $2.5M
Builder: Equisent Group
This new Medical Centre fills a much needed void for the local community of Spotswood and surrounding communities. The Medical Centre incorporates a Chemist, Radiology and Pathology on ground floor with specialist consulting suites on the first floor.
Nsient was engaged to design and document all structural elements including detailed design of the suspended post-tensioned slab.

SUTTON PARK AGED CARE, MELTON SOUTH
Description
Architect: Warren J. Foster Architects
Sutton Park Aged Care is a 110 bed aged care facility in Melton. Nsient worked in conjunction with the architect and builder to provide a cost effective design and assist in bringing the project back within budget. The structural engineering for the extension to the facility addition which included a chapel, dining area, extended the kitchen and added an additional 40 rooms.
Nsient was engaged to provide full design and documentation of all structural elements.

NEWMANS ON THE PARK AGED CARE, TEMPLESTOWE
Description
Architect: Warren J. Foster Architects
Surrounded by natural bushland gardens, Newmans on the Park Aged Care facility in Templestowe services 107 beds. The extension to the existing building included an additional 12 beds, under croft car parking and new shaded courtyard area for residents to enjoy.
