HILLCREST AVENUE

Description

Build cost: $4m

Architectural house consisting of a double storey residence over a single basement entered via a driveway raised with hydraulics. Once The basement consists of car parking for 5 plus 1 boat, car turntable, bar area with viewing window into the rear integrated pool, digital golf driving range, ‘man cave’ area with sunken lounge, vast wine cellar and lift to the upper levels.

Master Builders Association 2017 Kitchen of the year award.

Nsient was engaged by the builder to provide full design and documentation of all structural elements.

SHEARWATER

Description

Designer: Vibe Design Group

Builder: Icon Synergy

This stunning timber framed house consists of an upper level separate main bedroom wing with Gym and ensuite, with an opposing wing incorporating the Kitchen, Lounge and Dinning. Both wings include vast north facing windows allowing for stunning uninterrupted views.

The lower level comprises a further 3 bedrooms, Rumpus, and pool sunken in the sprawling external timber deck area all lapping up the extensive Port Phillip Bay views.

Nsient was engaged to provide full design and documentation of all structural elements.

RAMP HOUSE

Description

This stunning architecturally designed residence is gently curved across a hill with large windows across most of its elevation. The far side of the house is made predominantly of precast concrete panels, as is the garage beyond. The upper and lower levels are joined by an internal polished concrete ramp following the curve of the precast panel walls

Nsient designed and documented all structual elements in the house and did so without comprising the Architectural intent. The house was a finalist at the World Architectural Festival

MORELL HOUSE

Description

Winner: Excellence in Use of Glass 2018

The interior of this stunning 4 bed residence focused around the extensive void joining the lower Rumpus with the upper Kitchen and Dining areas. The massive sections of glazing to the rear of the building provide a light filled luxury overlooking a magnificent mature English Maple.

The extensive upper decking area and vast glazing make the extensive Port Phillip Bay views a focal point.
