Description
Architect: JAM Architects
Located in Heidelberg. 6 storeys high with a single level basement containing car stackers, Mont Vue comprises of 53 apartments and a café. The building is quite elevated providing stunning views of the rolling hills and lush surrounding parklands.
Nsient was engaged by the developer to provide full documentation of all structural elements including a detailed design of all the post-tensioned slabs.

Description
Located in Heidelberg. 6 storeys high with a double level basement, Vive comprises of 37 apartments. Built on the peak of Heidelberg hill, one of Melbourne’s highest points, Vive has great views from all angles.

THE MEWS
Description
Located in Brighton, The Mews is 3 storeys high with a single level basement. Spread over a 2500 square meter footprint, the Mews comprises of 21 very large, high end apartments and a townhouse. The apartments let in generous amounts of natural light and open out onto expansive private balconies.
Nsient was engaged by the builder to re-design the entire structure to provide cost savings over the original engineering design. Nsient re-designed all structural elements including a detailed design of the post-tensioned slabs.

Description
Located in the heart of Brunswick East, with 34 apartments, four town houses, retail and café over five levels with two level basement car parking. The use of raw and recycled materials for the façade allowing it to blend in seamlessly with the surrounding streetscape.
